Group personal training is the next revolution in fitness. It combines the high-energy, motivational benefits of the group setting with the personalized feel of working one-on-one with a coach. As a group personal training client you have access to an experienced and knowledgeable coach who will ensure that you complete your workout as safely and effectively as possible. Groups are comprised of no more than five people so you get the attention you deserve. You can choose to join a group that’s already been formed (depending upon availability) or bring in some friends and create your own group.
Some of the many benefits of small group personal training include:
* Expert guidance. Your coach will provide you with feedback, guidance, motivation and more so that you know you are getting the most effective and safe workout. Plus, your coach can easily alter each workout to make sure it meets your individual needs.
* Reduced cost. Small group clients share the cost of the session so you pay far less than you would if training one-on-one.
* Accountability. It’s easy to skip your workout when you go it alone. However, training with a group gives you that extra accountability because your presence will be missed.
* Fun. Working out can be uncomfortable and challenging. That experience is made much more enjoyable when you go through it with your friends.
* Motivation. Sometimes it can be hard to push yourself through a workout. When you surround yourself with others, you naturally increase your own effort levels.
