Jaimie received her B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health Science from California State University of San Marcos. Changing lives through fitness and wellness has become a passion of hers during her ten plus years of training. It is important to her that she develops programs based off of the individual needs of her client; by establishing close relationships she is able to help strategize what type of fitness program will be best suited for her client’s lifestyle.
With her NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, as well as her intuitive approach to movement, she has developed programs for those suffering from eating disorders, incorporating movement slowly and strategically, teaching a healthy way to view movement in everyday life. Along with this, Jaimie also has experience with individuals going through cancer treatments, autoimmune and mental-health disorders.
As a certified AFPA Pre and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist she encourages mothers to stay healthy through exercise appropriate for their current stage of pregnancy and safely creates workouts that leave mom feeling strong and flexible.
Over the years, clients have seen amazing results in and outside of the gym through their hard work and dedication.
Jaimie is currently on maternity leave, but will be back to Bird Rock Fit soon.
