The Bird Rock Fit Performance Team collectively has more than 20 years of experience in fitness. During that time we have worked in a variety of fitness facilities—large and small—and have learned what works and what doesn’t. We know that people achieve best results when working with a knowledgeable professional. We know that full-body exercise is paramount to fat loss, muscle growth, athleticism and injury prevention. We know that fitness is a journey, not a destination. And we will be with you every step along the way.

Bird Rock Fit is not your typical fitness studio. We believe that the body was meant to move, not sit in a cumbersome, performance-limiting contraption. We have collected the most popular and highly regarded functional training tools available such as TRX®, ViPR™, kettlebells, battle ropes and much more. These tools are designed to challenge your ENTIRE body for a stronger, leaner, athletic physique.

We Are All About YOU

Our programs are designed to challenge everyone appropriately–from the novice exerciser to the high-performance athlete. Each program was created so that YOU are in charge of how hard you challenge yourself. We have found that the greatest results are achieved when you are in complete control over your workout.

This is also essential for injury prevention. You know your body better than anyone else which makes you the best person to regulate how hard you push. Instead of having a drill sergeant push you past your limits, we will teach you how to listen to your body so you know when to increase or decrease intensity.
